VAT: all prices are net prices. Customers in Austria are charged 20 % Austrian VAT; businesses in other EU member states with a valid VAT identification number are invoiced without Austrian VAT and the tax liability shifts to the recipient of the service (reverse charge, Art. 196 VAT Directive; terms § 7(5)). Businesses without a VAT identification number are charged 20 % Austrian VAT.
VAT identification number (UID): applied for. The VAT ID has been applied for at the Austrian tax office and will be added here and on all invoices as soon as it is issued.
3. Trade licence and supervision (§ 5 ECG, § 63 GewO)
Business purpose and trade: services in automatic data processing and information technology (unregulated trade, effective from 1 October 2026).

5. Disclosure under § 25 MedienG
Media owner: LazyHead e.U., owner Andrii Snikhovskyi, Morizgasse 2/2/14, 1060 Vienna. Business purpose: services in automatic data processing and information technology.
Editorial line: information about the NymTime product — rota, NFC time tracking, on-site presence and hours reporting for businesses — and about purchasing and using this service.
Holdings: the media owner holds no interest in any other media company; no third party holds an interest in the media owner.
6. Dispute resolution and consumers
NymTime is offered exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 1 UGB and § 1(1)(1) of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). Contracts with consumers are not concluded; the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act therefore do not apply.
Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR Regulation) was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and a reference to it is no longer required. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG).

The content of this website has been prepared with care. We accept no guarantee for its accuracy, completeness or currency; liability for content is governed by §§ 13 to 19 ECG.
