- Opening hours are stored as the minimum staffing — the plan shows immediately which hour is left uncovered.
- Part-timers see their weekly hours and their balance in the app and stop asking the branch manager.
- The NFC point is in the staff room; people clock in with their own phone, with no device at the till.
- Several branches can be analysed side by side: planned against worked hours and staff cost per location.
